CONSUMER RIGHTS – CANCELLATION – RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

If the buyer makes a purchase electronically through the website, they are considered to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement.

The buyer is subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 / 29188) and other applicable laws.

Shipping charges, such as delivery costs, are paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

If it becomes impossible to fulfill the order due to product unavailability, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.

IF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED IS FOR PERSONAL USE (COSMETICS, ETC.):

The buyer may not return the product after it has been used or opened due to hygiene and health reasons.

IF THE PRODUCT IS PURCHASED BY CREDIT CARD:

If the buyer cancels the order, the refund will be made to the buyer’s credit card or bank account.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN DISTANCE SALES:

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. However, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition. The buyer must notify the seller in writing (e.g., via email or letter). Once the withdrawal request is received, the seller must refund the payment within 10 days and accept the return of the product within 20 days.

Note: If the product has been opened or used, the return request may be rejected.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO THEIR NATURE:

Products that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene (such as cosmetics and personal care products) cannot be returned once opened.

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT SAFELY:

The buyer must return the product undamaged, with all parts complete, and with original packaging. If the product is damaged or defective due to the buyer's fault, the return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Custom-made or personalized products, opened cosmetic products, or those with broken hygiene seals are not eligible for return.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

If the buyer receives the product, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the delivery date. If the contract was signed before delivery, it begins from the contract date. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised before the withdrawal period starts.

Costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal shall be covered by the SELLER.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the SELLER in writing via registered mail, fax, or e-mail within 14 days. The seller must be informed using the “Right of Withdrawal Notification Form” provided on the website.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The product must be returned with its invoice (if the product is corporate, it must be returned with a return invoice issued by the institution). If the invoice is not returned, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  1. The SELLER must return the full price within 10 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, and accept the return of the product within 20 days.
  2. If there is a decrease in the value of the product or the return becomes impossible due to the buyer's fault, the buyer is liable to compensate for the loss. The seller may reject the return request if the product is damaged, used, or altered in any way.
  3. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within a campaign period and products are bought with additional promotions/gifts, such promotions/gifts must also be returned. Otherwise, the seller will deduct the gift’s value from the refund amount.
